Description of Work: Rich replaced the flooring in our exercise room after it had been flooded by a broken hot water heater. We wanted to put something in besides the carpeting that had been there, and Rich helped us find a quality flooring product that was appropriate for a basement and looks very nice. He and his crew did a fabulous job--we're very happy with it! We had had another company come in and do the water damage cleanup and wall repairs. They put all the baseboards on unevenly and too high, then painted the room (meaning we couldn't lower the baseboards without repainting the entire room.) Rich helped us solve the problem with taller baseboards and trim, which look much nicer. What really impresses me about Rich is that he does quality work, but looks for ways to keep the cost as reasonable as possible for his client. Rich also brought in a crew to replace our powder room wood floor which had been damaged by a leaking toilet. We had received three other bids before Rich's. All three of those companies claimed they couldn't match our flooring and recommended fixes that would have worked, but would have been somewhat jerry-rigged--and they would have required us to remove the toilet ourselves. Rich was able to find matching flooring, come in at about the same price--and he removed and replaced the toilet and vanity for us! Also, while Rich was at our home, in conversation I just happened to mention that our sump pump had just broken. Rich went right down, checked it out for us, and said he'd be back to fix it the next day. We're about to put our house on the market and I'm pretty stressed, so this--while a seemingly small thing--was huge to me!

Description of Work: Complete gut and rebuild of main bathroom, fix numerous plumbing leaks, install new hot water heater, install new garage door opener and install two new interior doors.

Description of Work: RICH & HIS CREW DESIGNED AND INSTALLED 3 NEW BATHROOMS IN OUR HOME COMPLETE WITH HEATED TILE FLOORS, GRANITE SHOWER WALLS, CUSTOM MIRRORS AND NEW CAN LIGHTING ...OUR OLD MASTER BATHROOM HAD 2 SMALL SEPERATE CLOSETS AND A USELESS HALLWAY...NOW WE HAVE A HUGE WALK-IN CLOSET WITH A NEW ENTRANCE AND A CUSTOM MAKE-UP AREA , WE EVEN GOT A POCKET DOOR ....WHEN WE STARTED WE HAD OLD BATHTUBS IN OUR UPSTAIRS BATHS NOW WE HAVE WALK-IN SHOWERS WITH CUSTOM SEATING AND MY HUSBAND EVEN HAD RICH INSTALL SPEAKERS IN HIS SHOWER WITH A BUILT IN CD PLAYER SO HE COULD SING IN THE SHOWER...OUR BASEMENT BATH WAS A HALF BATH (SINK AND TOILET) BUT NOW IT HAS A HUGE WHIRLPOOL TUB AND A CUSTOM TILE JOB...
