COMPLETE CLEANING SERVICE

I got top-notch service from this company. After putting in a bid I was immediately contacted by Laurie and she helped handle my project from beginning to end. After the initial phone call, Laurie was responsive and very easy to communicate with by text and email. Managing a property remotely can be a hassle and she helped it go quite smoothly. Come cleaning day Laurie was very communicative by providing pictures and questions if anything came up. When the job was done I got a bunch of pictures so I knew the job was done right. 5 stars to Laurie and the team over at Complete Cleaning!

The service was very fast and efficient even in these uncertain times. The housecleaner came over to inspect the property and came back the following week (as scheduled) and did an emasculate job on my "move-out" cleaning. Would use again and refer to friends for future service.

What a waste of money! The apartment wasn't even closeto move in ready. The list of missed items: 3 dirty ceiling fans, all the mini blinds were dirty, there was food on the backsplash in the kitchen, the floors were dirty, the top of the fridge was dirty, the outside of the microeave was dirty, tge baseboards were dirty. I called the owner and she sent the same crew back. Only half of what I reported was cleaned. The owner came out the 3rd time to supervise but I was still left with dirty floors and dirty baseboards.

I emailed Scott on a Tuesday and had people out Wednesday to look at the house, then had a quote on Thursday.  SUPER responsive, excellent work, and great follow up. 
I absolutely cannot stand to dust.  As a result, the house is of course quite dusty.  Two ladies came and my house has never been so sparkly!!  They are wonderful.  Cleaned the baseboards, the inside of the microwave, and even moved the microwave to clean the counter underneath it.  Not to mention cleaning the window blinds, etc.  They were amazing.  Maybe I'm impressed so much because I don't do much more than Windex and vacuum, but regardless, they are excellent.

His three person crew came to the house and in 4 or 5 hours did a great job of cleaning from top to bottom and was able to get years of accumulated dirt and dust all cleaned up. The crew was friendly and worked very hard. being a business owner myself I know what its like to have folks working for you that care about the customer. House cleaning is not a fun business but Scott's crew made it look easy. Scott did a job check while his crew was working and even pitched in himself to do some mopping and cleaning on the breezeway of the home. I would hire Complete Cleaning again as they were a good company for the task of deep cleaning our house.

They are excellent. They do a very thorough job and they will do anything that we ask them to do.

They were very courteous and great with the windows they cleaned. They were a bit expensive, but very available. However, they failed to fully clean a substantial number of the windows (either missing the inside or the outside). When spoken to the next day about the missed windows, they agreed to call us back to reschedule and have completely failed to do so.

THEY ARE DELIGHTFUL PEOPLE AND THEY DO A WONDERFUL, THOROUGH JOB.
