COMMUNITY PLUMBING SEWER & DRAIN

Not professional at ALL, Antoine would not make a contract at all from the beginning and i had to go over what i wanted done 3 times to make sure he understood what i wanted done. He said he would have it done in a day and to my surprise he did " i thought". He put the new stack in and ran the new drain lines and vent for the laundry room as far as the main floor bathroom he turned the water off to the stool and to the faucet when he was suppose to cut the lines and cap them off. He also went out the up stairs window to run the air vent out the roof he had left the storm window open and it stormed and it flooded out my kitchen . I called him on the following Monday he said he did not know i wanted the water line cut and capped off to the bathroom . So he just shut the water supply off to them. Said he will come and fix it but i called him for a week now and left messages he will not answer his phone and will not call me back . So i am putting this out there for all to beware "He took my money and ran"  no one should deal with this type of business....GET IT IN WRITING .....

I like them because they get everything I need done. They always call back and they provide a quick service, because they come within a day or two. I have had both the owner and his son working at my house, and they do a great job.
