I highly recommend Community Acupuncture of St. Louis.  The pricing is flexible - on a sliding scale - and there is never any pressure to pay more than one is able to provide.  The group setting of the treatment room likely allows for the lower payment options.  Though the space is shared by clients, the room is arranged with comfortable recliners in a way that each person is provided adequate space and privacy.  Lighting is low and relaxing music plays in the background.  Many is the time that I have found myself nodding off during treatment due to the comfort of the atmosphere.  For those preferring a room to themselves, that is available for an additional fee.  
As for the practitioners, I?ve seen both Bryan and John, who are very personable.  It?s clear they enjoy their work and are motivated to provide the best care for their clients.  They are skilled in their knowledge and practice and have helped me overcome a repetitive motion injury, one that persisted after steroid shots and, according to my physician, would only improve with surgery.  Thanks to the acupuncture treatment, I did not need the surgery!  My husband also saw them for a foot issue and he was happy with the results.
In addition to the high caliber of treatment from the practitioners, the office staff is always courteous and friendly.  I have only positive things to say about my experience with Community Acupuncture of St. Louis!

Accupuncturist was very knowledgeable and helped resolve my issues.  I had two appointments and I felt a lot better.

They are great. I like them so much. They have variable pricing and variable services. If you are okay with having acupuncture in a chair or like in a lounge chair in an open area, they can do that at a relatively low rate which is great because it makes acupuncture much more affordable to all. If you want a private session on a table, you could do that as well. The fellow was very competent handling a number of people. It is a very calming and soothing place to go to. They were able to help me get rid of a headache that I could not get rid of for days and days and days in one session. So, I was thrilled. I had acupuncture in different places. Not so much in St. Louis, but I lived in different countries and different places, and I would say this was probably one of the better experiences. It was very casual, relaxed, not a lot of pumping circumstance. It was lovely. I would recommend them.

They are very reasonably priced and they work with people based on their income. They are friendly and they go above and beyond. They do whatever they can to help us and they take a lot of time with us. They are very personable and I recommend them to others all the time. I’ve spent hundreds on a podiatrist who I wouldn’t recommend and I went to them and they took care of it.

I've been going to Brian for months, I love him. Not only is he extremely friendly, but I feel so relaxed when I leave. Would never go anywhere else!

They listen to my concerns and they do an excellent job. I'll be going back there for another session probably next fall.

It was a good experience. I felt like it helped. The environment is very relaxing. There have been times when I've even been able to take a little nap while getting treatment. John has a great bedside manner. He seems very nurturing which contributes to the feeling of relaxation I associate with Community Acupunture of St. Louis.

We use their services a lot.  They are very concerned and effective.  It is a quiet and peaceful place.  I will continue to use the services of Community Acupuncture of St. Louis in the future. 

They have good pricing. They will work with you on the pricing. The whole environment is very calming. All of them are trained, and will be able to work with any part of the body. They are excellent.

They have a sliding scale for payment which is good for those that can't really afford such a service. It is clean and they are very attentive. It is a nice service and they are good people. I will probably continue to use them.

I have been to their office three times now. I am very happy with their services. They welcome my family into their office along with me. It is a group-like environment. The acupuncture room has large recliners, dim lights, and a cozy environment. they even allow two of my family members to be in the room with me. They bill you on a sliding scale from $20- $35. They allow you to choose what you can pay based on your financial situation. They want to make sure that everyone who needs treatment is able to afford it. You are even able to go online and make your appointment. There are two acupuncture physicians and they have their schedules posted online so that you can choose your physician and time for appointments. Even the location of their office feels really safe as there is a community playground full of kids across the street.

This was my first experience with accupuncture so I was a little nervous about the needles. I was also a little anxious because in order to make it affordable the accupuncturists at this center practice their trade on several patients at a time. Basically all this means is that you are treated in a room in which others are receiving treatment at the same time. It is a nice room with relaxing music and six or eight big recliners. I actually looked forward to treatment because it was often so relaxing I fell asleep. Having other patients in the room did not bother me at all. I initally went to Community Acupuncture of St. Louis for neck pain. During the course of five or six treatments for neck pain I happened to mention that I had tennis elbow. John treated the tennis elbow along with the neck pain. Although my neck pain never completely went away, the pain from tennis elbow was gone in two treatments. I was delighted. It has been four months since I stopped treatment and the tennis elbow pain has not resurfaced. I do still have neck pain that comes and goes but I have been so impressed with the result on my tennis elbow I highly recommend this clinic. John and Brian, the acupuncturists, are friendly and compassionate. They are excited about their profession. I usually saw John for treatment. He seemed to genuinely care about alleviating my pain. I found the office environment to be friendly and soothing.
