He is really great. I have had other pest control services that didn't seem to be that effective. When he can, he doesn't use poisons. When he needs to, he does. He's extremely knowledgeable about bugs. He knows the ins and outs of all the different types of methods; he knows exactly what to do. I've had trouble with spiders since I've moved here, and he provided some traps that worked splendidly. He dealt with ants as well. He talks about preventive things to do. He's really professional and friendly.

WE HIRED COMMERCIAL PEST CONTROL TO LOOK INTO A MOUSE, AND RAT PROBLEM IN OUR HOUSE. WE DON'T HAVE HUGE NUMBERS OF PESTS BUT THEY HAVE BEEN INCREDIBLY HARD TO CONTROL. DALE YELENICK, THE COMPANY'S OWNER, QUICKLY TOOK CARE OF THE INITIAL PROBLEM, AND SET UP A SYSTEM OF BAITS, AND MONITORING TO KEEP UP WITH THE CRITTERS. HIS ONGOING FOLLOW-THROUGH HAS BEEN AMAZING. HE HAS MADE NUMEROUS FOLLOW-UP VISITS, AND RESPONDS INCREDIBLY QUICKLY WHEN WE CALL. WE KEEP TELLING HIM HE'S UNDERCHARGING US, BUT HE INSISTS THAT THE SUBSCRIPTION MODEL THEY EMPLOY ($125/YEAR FOR OUR HOME) WINDS UP BEING FAIR IN THE LONG RUN.
