They were the worst movers I have ever hired. They refused to move all my items. According to them, I had not given them a complete inventory. My list, though was complete and I had given this to their office. When I called them the day of the move, they gave me the runaround. The truck that came was too small. They did nothing to remedy this situation but lie to me. They spent far too much time at the start, did not move everything and the charge was far higher than estimate. On top of this the movers damaged some of my furniture. Do not believe the mouths at their home office. They sweet talk and walk.

Guys doing the job are fantastic but customer service and management are the worst. Called to discuss volume pricing and how my $600+ job turned into over double that. I got 1 manager who didnt call me back and then his supposed manager who was rude versus listening to my complaint and letting me vent. I realize nothing could be done about the price at this point but it would have gone a long way to keeping a customer had she just listened. When I called back to apologize for my letting her rudeness get to me, I got another “manager” on the phone who was just as bad. Again, guys doing the job are amazing but if you use them be diligent about pricing and know customer service is nonexistent.

The scheduling process went smoothly. The movers arrived late on the day of service because the customer before us significantly underestimated the size of their move. They called to tell us they would be late. The movers who arrived looked so hot and tired after a long day, but they remained very professional and did their best to meet all of our needs.

I had three moving companies decline my job, said it was impossible to move the furniture. College HUNKS didn't blink, did an amazing job. It was difficult, but they knew they could do it. IT was done well, in half the time, and the guys were so very nice. Wish I had called them first!

Worst moving company I’ve ever used. Extremely poor customer service. Unmotivated and untrained staff. Damaged multiple items. Made untrue statements and promises. Did not finish the job as stated. Made unauthorized charges on my credit card. A moving nightmare.

The service was spectacular! Austin and Jarrod worked efficiently and quickly. I've had trouble with other movers dinging my walls but not these two. If you want the best, give College Hunks a call and ask for Austin and Jarrod!!

They delivered the storage unit in the time frame as promised. When we unpacked the unit, after having it stored for 2+ months, everything was still in very good shape. There appeared to be minimal shifting, and nothing damaged. Everything in the unit was completely dry. We had a team of 3 young men moving our possessions from one house to another. They were friendly, but professional, and did a nice job of packing up our furniture. They were efficient and did not seem to waste a lot of time.

Excellent! Austin, Brendan and Joe were very punctual. polite and professional. They called ahead 15min before their arrival and hauled everything away. I would definitely use them again.
