She helped me out a lot. I was a first time home buyer and I think I would have ended up in the same place. She was very helpful to get me through the mortgage and the closing process. She helped me get the place inspected first. She worked with me because I didn't know anything. I called her up through a listing and that's how I started using her services. I found this place originally, but I wanted to look around before I decided. She took me around a few listings. She knew who all are in the neighborhood and the pluses and minuses of the neighborhood. She kind of held my hand through the whole process.
