 + -1 moreWe are still working with them but cannot say enough good things about their professionalism and responsiveness. Eric Kohring is every bit as helpful as Gina and a little more available.
Description of Work: Cohen Hilberry are our architectural consultants for a rehab we are doing. The $500.00 is their retainer which they bill against at $100.00 per hour. They inspected a number of houses and helped us choose an appropriate one to buy which would not bury us in unexpected costs. They advised us of the order of improvements. They recommended subcontractors. They have been extremely helpful and have undoubtedly saved us lots of money and lots of sleepless nights. They will draw the house and then develop plans for moving walls, doing kitchens and baths, and landscaping if we wish.
