COHEN'S FINE FURNITURE

I have seen Cohen's re-upholstered furniture in the past and they do very, very nice work. I decided to have them redo a chair. After telling the rep to come over with "spring and apple greens," she arrived with the majority of olive greens. After finally finding a fabric I liked, the chair was taken and I was told it would be 7-10 business days and it would be done. 15 business days later, no chair. I called and I was told to call back (no, they did not offer to take a message). I called back 2 days later and was told that the fabric was on back order and I should have the chair in a couple of weeks. No big deal, but why didn't this warrent a phone call to let me know? Two weeks later, I called again, wondering where my chair was. They informed me is was ready today and could be delivered. I asked why I haven't received a phone call. It had been 2 months. The rep said that she didn't make phone calls. She was not sympathetic at all and was a little preturbed that I was frustrated. They may do nice work, but the lack of customer service, empathy, and professionalism is not worth it.
Yes, I am getting my chair 2 months to the day they took it, rather than 7-10 days
