Denise Lee at Clear Spaces helps me to find my priorities and then to focus on the task at hand. I get side-tracked pretty easily. She is very patient and non- judgemental. Denise is knowledgeable in a wide variety of areas which comes in handy every time we have an appointment so I think of her as a Renaissance woman. Also she's able to refer me to variety of resources.It’s like she has a Rolodex in her head. She is confidential about my clutter and has no signage on her car. She is an excellent listener and is very insightful. Highly Recommended!

Denise was here for 4 hours (I got a great coupon for this first visit). Before she came to my house, she asked me a lot of questions over the phone so she could be prepared to help me with what I needed. When she arrived, she would ask me questions to help figure out what kind of ongoing system would work for me. There was barely room to sit in the room because of all the papers and boxes, but Denise was totally non-judgmental and didn't really even comment on it. We just dug in. I was surprised how much we got done in 4 hours. We discussed how to set up my main filing system so I could find things easily, as well as set up some folders to deal with all the incoming paper -- bills, ads, correspondence, event notices, etc. I am working on getting usedto using this system -- I still have lots of older papers that need filing and I can't find Mary Poppins anywhere!

I have worked with Clear Spaces for over 1 year now. Although Denise Lee can assist with any organization project no matter how large or small, I have chronic disorganization (hoarding, clutter-bug, pick your name-LOL). Denise has been tremendously helpful in sorting what I do and do not want to keep. We have so far emptied an off-site storage area, sorted and filed a mountain of papers, and organized bookcases, closets, etc. She has a great ability to envision what a space could look like and how that fits with my life and interests. She has encouraged me when I was discouraged by reminding me of where I was and how far I had come. We still have work to do with sorting, discarding and organizing, but I am able to start "fun" projects like decorating. Denise also has a number of resources that can help with projects, charities that have special aims, or businesses with specific services. I have been able to donate or recycle most of what I have discarded instead of filliing up the land-fill. Best of all, Denise is fun to work with. I would highly recommend Denise for any organizing project you want to tackle.

Denise was able to meet with me within a few days of calling. She gave me a reminder call the day before and was very prompt. She asked me some questions during our phone conversation so that she could know more about my expectations and areas in which I needed help. Although she brought no notes, she remembered what I had said on the phone and used the info to help me let go of items which I really don't need. Denise is an excellent listener and was extremely non-judgemental. She observed subtle shifts in my body language and was able to inquire if she thought I was having an internal struggle with items. She was spot on and because of her gentle questions, I was able to identify behavior patterns which really had me stuck. She was extremely helpful and insightful. If you are looking for an organizer, do yourself the favor and hire Denise. She struck the right combo of talking and working and I am amazed at what was accomplished in four hours. Really. Astounded.
