Carpet Cleaning
Despite my protest, he claimed pouring the bleach would work just fine. This led to my carpet being incapable of cleaning. I had to replace the entire carpet. At first, they were pleasant enough, but the owner or manager accused me of lying about the problem. He literally yelled at me over the phone and insisted his employee would never do such a thing. I was really upset that he believed an employee over me. He wanted nothing more to do with me. I did not pay them for their service and they did not return to complete the job or fix the damage.
