For the generator install, that was several years ago. Clean Water did a great job showing me the options, working with me on suggesting the right equipment and finding appropriate contractors to do the work. Turns out they sub some of the pieces (which is fine) and there was a bit of trouble getting the electrical sub to communicate at the project onset, but once we started work, all went without a hitch.
I needed some extra landscaping as the generator was being placed on a hilly side of my home. It was done very well and has held up just great for many years, now. The install was done professionally and looks good, as well.
