Went in for tire rotation. After leaving I started feeling a strange thumping noise. I looked out the side mirror and saw that the tire on the driver's side was wobbling. I pulled over right away and saw that the wheel was only on by one lug nut. They didn't tighten them down. Thank God It didn't come off and get me killed. I called them right away. They came out and put it back on. After returning to the shop they determined the wheel was damaged. They apologized, refunded my $24, and will order a new wheel. Great! It could have fallen all the way off and caused a fatal accident. I well never use them again.

DINA AT THE COUNTER WAS VERY HELPFUL AND MENTIONED THAT THEY WOULD BE HAPPY TO PUT ME IN CONTACT WITH ANOTHER SHOP IF MY CAR NEEDED WORK THAT THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO PERFORM. THE MECHANICS WHO WORKED ON MY CAR WERE VERY CAREFUL NOT TO MAKE MY CAR DIRTY WITH GREASE AND WERE VERY RESPECTFUL. I CAN NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY ENOUGH.
