CBTF CONSTRUCTION

Work was to take place in 3 days, pending weather or course, but took 3 or more weeks (some weather related, most not). He seldom showed up when he said he would, the work was substandard and when it was pointed out to him, he said he didn't see the problem! Near strangers asked what was wrong with my porch, etc. The steps are crooked, the porch does not have straight edges and started showing fine cracks in it just a few weeks afterwards as well as cracks in the driveway. I resorted to calling another contractor and indicated I would pay him just to come out and check it out. He at first indicated he would not have done the project that way and then started pointing out some problems, which I hired him to fix as best as possible. He later told me all the things that were wrong and advised me to live with it for a while before I did anything else. He indicated he would have charged only $1,000 more but done right and it will cost that much at least to fix.
