The job started in Oct and was to be complete in 2 weeks. It was not even by the end of the year. Chic's crews scratched 11 of my windows with grinders so the glass had to be replaced. They broke my stained glass and painted all of my 24 double hung windows that were are previously functional shut. Even when the windows were cut open, they were inoperable due to the amount of paint slopped in the tracks. Chic failed to prepare most of the surfaces of my house properly - sanding and pressure washing as stated in the procedures on their website - and thus 80% of my house is peeling and blistering after 3 months. Also, I have been without storm windows causing extra utility bills, I have debris in my yard, and I have ruined garage doors from the oil that is oozing from their paint. When issues surfaced, they refused to take responsiblity for things already paid for and didn't offer what was needed to remedy the situation. CHICs corporate office refused to get involved.
