WE WERE SERVICED BY JAY NEWELL, WHO WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PRACTICAL. WE TOLD HIM WE WERE LOOKING FOR A CERTAIN RATE AND TO CALL US WHEN THE RATES CAME DOWN. WE HAVE CALLED HIM ON A NUMBER OF OCCASIONS JUST TO ASK A QUESTION, AND HE IS VERY WILLING TO GIVE US ANY INFORMATION.
