The products are good quality, however they lack in customer service. The corner cabinet did not fit through my kitchen door, so the contractors had to cut the bottom off so it would fit through the door & rebuild the base. The problem has that the designer just assumed that we(me & contractors) knew it wouldn't fit, she never bothered to talk to me about it because she didn't communicate this to us I called Cabinets & More. A man came out to look at the cabinet & basically blamed me that my door was not wide enough for the cabinet. He said that my designer just assumed it would fit. I tried to explain that you should never assume that a cabinet would fit. He never once said he was sorry for the mistake, he just kept blaming my door for being too small. I called & talked to the owner about this issue, he had the designer call me but he never called back to see if everything worked out to my satisfaction. There was also an issue with the dishwasher not being anchored to the counter top when they installed the granite, because of that I wasn't able to use my dishwasher for a couple of weeks. When I called to complain I talked to the other owner(2brothers own the company)he sent somebody out & they did anchor the dishwasher to the counter. However once again this  owner never called back to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction.
I will never recommend this company & never use them again.
My contractors said they never have experienced such poor customer service from a company before, At the beginning of the project they were going to send their other clients to Cabinets & More but after the what they witnessed from the employees & owners they decided to not use them.

First of all, they offer many cabinet options based on your budget.  The cabinets and materials we purchased from them were of great quality.   The designer helped us decide on a new kitchen layout.   She came to the house with some ideas and gave us 3 designs.  We loved them all.  Then, the contractors came by the house to see her ideas and make sure it was possible to do.  Once we got the ok, we had to decide on the granite.  They have a huge warehouse and we got to go inside to select which granite slab we wanted and they put our name on it.  Once all materials were ordered it took about a month for all cabinets to arrive.  Once they arrived, the contractors began working immediately.  They finished the entire kitchen remodel within 2 weeks.  The men were always on time and did an excellent job.  I love our new kitchen.  It looks amazing!

After installation, water flow from the sink faucet began to decrease. Also, the water wasn't getting very hot. Cabinets, Flooring and More sent back the person who did the installation. He said he didn't have the tools to fix the faucet, he didn't want to break it. When we contacted the manager of the Cabinets, Flooring and More location, he would state "I'm contacting another plumber we work with, and I'll call you in an hour." This went on for about a week, with no return call from Cabinets, Flooring and More. When contacted on Friday, the manager said, "I said I would call when one of my plumbers called me back. I can't control their schedules. They should have more visibility into their scheduled next week." When contacted the following Monday, the manager said, "I contacted Dennis Parker, the plumber who did the install. He'll be contacting you today." When I left a message with Dennis Parker, he called back in about two minutes. He stated that he wasn't going to contact us and didn't have that on his to-do list. In other words, if we hadn't contacted him, we would have simply waited an even longer time. Cabinets, Flooring and More and Dennis Parker both blamed each other for the problem, with neither willing to take responsibility. What also came out during the call was that Dennis Parker is not really a plumber, he's only an installer who has a vague familiarity with hooking up faucets after countertops had been installed. A brother who owns Cabinets, Flooring and More also disavowed any responsibility, basically shrugging his shoulders and not caring about a very disgruntled customer who has been without running water in the kitchen going on two weeks.

Ordering process was very easy and getting quotes for several different options was not a problem. Communication throughout was great and they were willing to hold the cabinets for several weeks when my project was delayed. Overall a great experience. Very competitive prices for nice cabinets.

Worked with Jim Bauer who designed my kitchen project and suggested Homecrest Cabinets because of door design I was interested in. I got three other bids and his was best value and he was the most helpful. Did not pressure me in anyway to buy these cabinets from them. Gave me full printouts of design, measurements and pricing free of charge. After sale and delivery of cabinets, continued to be helpful in explaining to my installer any questions he had. Also purchased ceramic flooring and a small granite counter at a very reasonable cost.

DID NOT RECEIVE SPECIFICALLY WHAT HAD BEEN ORIGINALLY ORDERED. HAD TO REORDER THE CORNER CABINET. THE OVEN CABINET WAS NOT CONSTRUCTED TO THE DIMENSIONS PROVIDED. THEY HAD TO REBUILD THE CABINET ELIMINATING ONE OF THE DRAWERS. WHEN THEY RETURNED WITH THE REBUILT CABINET, A CHIP WAS GONE OUT OF THE CORNER. THEY GAVE ME GLUE AND MATERIALS TO REPAIR THE DAMAGE MYSELF. THE OVER-REFRIGERATOR CABINETS WERE SMALLER THAN ORDERED SO THEY GAVE ME A FILLER BOARD. I DENIED THAT FIX AND REQUESTED THE PROPER SIZE CABINET FOR THE OPENING. THEY DID PROVIDE THAT CABINET. THE SALESMAN AND THE MANAGER WERE BOTH VERY DIFFICULT TO GET HOLD OF.
