It went well! Mark was VERY responsive and his crew worked fast. All work was completed to spec. I live out of state and Mark used video conferencing and photos to show me what was going on. Also found some other issues which needed to be addressed and his crew took care of all of them. Based on my total experience, I would highly recommend this company. My only issue was on the first day of the job they didn't cover the carpet; once I insisted on it, they did but I shouldn't have needed to insist. Yes the carpet was already dirty but I didn't want to add to the dirt or stains already there.

One man did all the work. It should have been a 2 man job. He did a pretty good job but was late a lot and job took longer than planned. He could have done a neater job. He seemed to be working at other sites at the same time he was working at mine.

It went great. This project was for our father's home who lives in the St. Louis area. We helped find Mark on Angie's list and was helping to manage the remodel long distance. He always returned phone calls and updated us on what was going on. He even sent us pictures of the completed project.

Their price is about in line with most. They are very good to work with. I think they do good work. It looks to me given the challenge they had they did a really good job. They did a lot of tiling. They rebuilt the shower.
