I had a problem with them not returning my calls. They provided no feedback on the delay of my order. I left numerous messages and they never called me back. My item was delayed 3-4 weeks due to material shortage, but they never informed me of that. Their communication is horrible, but they do a good job, so I would be willing to give them another chance.
