It went perfectly. I've used Brooks Plumbing before and had the same experience. They are not the least expensive, but they are competent and honest and punctual. They don't waste time in order to run up the bill. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I found out after my dining room floor started bucking that the basement pipes I paid for had not been replaced. Also, the wall where the stack pipes were replaced is bulging.

The clog was removed within 10-15 minutes, so it wasn't too bad. I guess they have a standard charge. It was $130.00

They showed up exactly when they said, they did the work and cleaned up after themselves.  They are very professional and would absolutely call them again.

Ok but still waiting for Water Company inspection

It was successful and we were pleased with the work.  We were pleased that they responded so quickly and that they were able to fix everything.  The cost was a bit higher than we anticipated, as I remember, but the speed with which they responded offset that.

Came quickly.  Stabilized the issue.  Explained the options.  Performed the follow-up.  Very easy to work with.

They showed up on time, were polite, did the job without any hassles or problems.    The price of $350 is no bargain but it's probably the going rate for the job in this area.

I was out of town and unable to replace the washer myself. I called Brooks because the faucet wouldn't shut off. So for a 10 minute job, they charged me over $150.00 !!!!!

watch out for their billing. sent 2 people and only really needed one. intensity of effort was low -- that is, could have done the job in half the time. lots of hanging around.

I was looking for an energy star water heater. Could not find any plumbers that had much information about them. Did my own research and went with less expensive standard gas water heater. The work was done well. New water installed and the old one was removed. Service people should not smoke and leave butts in driveway.

Called early Monday morning and the plumber arrived within an hour. He was quick and professional and imparted a lot of good advice -- very personable.

We have been using them for many years. We called up and scheduled an appointment because it was not urgent. They are good and reliable.

They have always been a good company to contact. Although their prices seem high, but they seem to have a high quality service. I would recommend them to others.

They were prompt, the estimate was accurate and they finished the job on time. Price was a little high. My neighbor recommended them to us after they had hired them.

We had water dripping down a floor. We have used them for years and have always had a great experience.

The first time they came out they were unable to repair anything. I had to write a letter for them to come back out to finish the work. The second time they came out they were able to repair one of the two things that were wrong. They didn't charge me for the second visit, but the job is still partially incomplete. I probably won't be using this company again based on my experience, but I do like the fact that they are local.

Plumber showed up when scheduled and went straight to work. Was very talkative but respectful. Was very busy so completed the work quickly. There was no resulting mess to have to clean up.

VERY HELPFUL ON THE PHONE... PROMPT... SEEMED EXPENSIVE, BUT THE QUALITY OF SERVICE WAS GREAT.

I DID NOT HAVE ANY PROBLEM OR LEAKS UNTIL I HAD THE GARBAGE DISPOSAL INSTALLED AND I THINK THIS MAY JUST BE A COINCIDENCE.
