When Larry arrived, we discussed what we wanted done, including how he would treat the specific fabric of the couches. He explained what cleaning products and methods he would use to minimize saturation of the furniture, and he got right to work. Larry is professonal, said he has been doing this work since around 1988. He stated that from experimenting and experience he has developed his own methods and found the right products to do the best job. He had estimated the work might take about an hour, but he worked for about two hours. Larry is polite and pleasant. His charge was $105, but since he worked much longer, we paid and extra $15 for his work. He seemed honestly reluctant to be paid more, though. A few days later, he called to ask how the couches looked, as they're wet when he leaves, and he (and we) don't see the finished look at that time. The couches look much better, but with a white background, they're not quite as white as new. He suggested that microfiber couches wear and clean very well. That information is good to know, whenever we might consider buying new couches.

They arrived when they said they would. The original estimate was the actual cost. They were polite and professional. The furniture looks great.

It's very important to me that you come when you say you're going to come. He called the day before to confirm the appointment and showed up on time the next day. Very professional and he answered all questions I had. I would hesitate to recommend them.

There are no extras or hidden charges. They move the furniture themselves. You can be back on your carpet in 45 min, and some upholstery dry cleaning takes 2-3 hrs. Their price is about half of major commercial cleaners ($372 as compared to $820 for 13 rooms), and they will do your closets without having to ask specifically. The business is owner-operated by twin brothers, and they take pride in doing a good job.
