It ended up being terrible. They seeded the yard before I moved in and the next week St. Louis flooded and washed all the seeds out because they used no barriers or terraces to keep it in place. They did not oblige to re-seed the yard. That's just me being picky. They buried my back drain pipe from the gutter system of the house and left the yard in a terrible mess. No attempts were made to smooth out the areas they had dug up and left my yard a lop-sided, cratered mess. (As if it wasn't already enough of a mess from them). Then I tried to utilize their mowing services, which were just as bad. Way below average skills when it comes to even basic mowing. Careless; used no common sense and would run heavy machinery in the yard even when wet and leave ruts. I fired their lawncare services after 1 month.

I have used him around 12 times this year. I would use them again, without question. He is very good.

Outstanding! The guys are punctual, polite, and always do an excellent job. They clean up well after themselves, also. You couldn't ask for a better, more complete service. I wish I would've found them 15 years ago!

The representative was not knowledgeable at all. She came out to the house to go over things with us and could not answer any of our questions. She would not give us an estimate on site as well. She had to go back to the office first she said. We did not use this company for this service.

I should have been leery when I first called requesting an estimate, and they didn't bother calling me back. When I did finally talk to Jerry, he wasn't very personable. The workers do not do a very good job of trimming. Even after mentioning it to the office, it did not really improve. We have damage on our siding due to them hitting it with the weed eater. A couple spots in our lawn has been damaged because they turn their mowers in the same spot each time and the wheels dig into the grass. The grass is missing in those spots. One day, while home when they were here working, we found one worker leaning up against our window ledge smoking and the other one sitting on our sidewalk. I don't intend to rehire them next season as I would rather pay more to some college student who would probably do a better job.

HE DID THE WHOLE THING FOR LESS THAN HALF OF OTHER BIDS. THEY HAVE NEVER DAMAGED ANYTHING, ALWAYS CLEAN UP AFTERWARDS, AND THEIR BIDS ARE ALWAYS LOW. I RECOMMEND HIM TO EVERYONE I TALK TO.
