We had Brandon out to our house and he was very fast and efficient. He arrived out to our house right at the start of the schedule time and was done in a very timely manner. He explained everything our new garage door could do and did not rush through all the questions we had. I have referred this company to several of my friends/co-workers who needed some work done.

It is great it was fixed in a day, he came in the morning to inspect the problem, had to go get parts and came back at a scheduled time that afternoon.  Perfect!

Gary did a wonderful job. He was very responsive and professional. I ordered a door with a window and built-in blinds. Gary made good recommendation on type of door knob and finish. He was also able to save the frame around the doorway, so I was able to keep the original woodwork from my older home. I am very happy with the work and extra time Gary and his installer spent at my house and plan to call him again when I am ready to replace other doors around my house. Incidentally, my brother recommended Gary to me because he was also very happy with the quality of Gary's work. My brother lives in an old house with non-standard doorways, and Gary worked with my him to ensure the door was built and installed properly.

I was very pleased with the customer service of this company. I always received a call back within a reasonable time if a message was left. The owner of the company provided a quote and was very pleasant to work with. If something came up after his quote that was not what he originally quoted/stated he contacted me immediately; always kept me in the loop. I noted "B" for pricing because I actually could not come up with a competitor for Arch aluminum storm doors so I had nothing to compare with. I was a little disappointed that installer did not caulk around the storm windows or the front storm door. Do to the uneven of the door frame, the storm door did not go flush and left a good size gap (size of my finger) requiring us to caulk so the elements would not cause future damage. So a "B" on quality but very pleased with everything else.

It went well. I took my time making the decision to proceed with the project, as well as choosing Bourgeois Door for the job. From the time I first called, to the day the job was completed was ~ 3 months. Gary Bourgeois was prompt in responding to questions, and providing written estimates. I was comfortable with both Gary Bourgeois and his installer being in my home. I appreciate the 'old fashioned' standards of courtesy and cleanliness they demonstrated.
