AFTER THREE DAYS THE ROOF BEGAN TO LEAK, THEY ONLY HAD THREE WORKERS, NONE OF WHICH SPOKE VERY MUCH ENGLISH AND THEY DROVE AN OLD BEAT UP TRUCK AND LEFT RUTS IN MY YARD. I CALLED TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE ROOF LEAKING, THE REPRESENTATIVE (JIM CHRISTENSEN) CAME OUT AND HE SENT THE SAME THREE GUYS OUT. THEN TWO DAYS PASSED AND THE ROOF LEAKED. MY SON CALLED THE WORKERS DIRECTLY AND HAD THEM COME BACK OUT THE CORRECT THE LEAK. THE ROOF IS STILL LEAKING. I CALLED TO COMPLAIN AND GET THE ROOF FIXED AGAIN, THE REPRESENTATIVE CALLED ME BACK AND SAID HE WOULD BE OUT TO CHECK THE ROOF AND I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM HIM SINCE.

"I am sorry that this homeowner is more interested in not paying then she is making sure her roof is fixed properly. She has made it clear she doesn't want us to come back to her house. She said "she got someone to fix it, don't come back," but now says it still leaks. We believe the problem is the chimney. We will continue to return to any of our job's that have a problem until it can be resolved. Our company stands behind all our work and always has. We hope to resolve this issue.
