Bimmers r us has always been fair, honest, and respectful to me and my old car---and I know little enough about cars that you can imagine some auto places would do otherwise.
It's always been a pleasant experience. They have the expertise to have diagnosed some obscure issues that have come up, and each time it turned out to a simple fix, and they were honest about it and charged accordingly.
The manager Mark takes time on the phone with me to explain things and answer questions. The employees seem happy to work there, and that makes a difference. The service is and quot;extra mileand quot;---if your car needs to stay for a while, their technician will give you a ride home, and if it's Keith then you also get great advice about food all over the city. If you prefer to wait, check out their displays of restored 1958 cars unlike anything on the road today.
