Old furnace was sounding like an plane taking off when starting and stopping and it was a bit freaky.  Called Bermuda since sticker was on old furnace and after checking out on Angies List.  Repairman came out and did the best he could since the unit was 26 years old and parts were hard to come by but suggested that we were living on borrowed time.  Sure enough 2 days later the plane was back in force.  That day I call and Mike Henderson was out that afternoon--took a look at the old system and made some suggestions as to the upgrade.  We went with the basic upgrade but added some small touches to ensure getting the maximum out of the system.  This was Friday--Monday the service man Joe Walch came to start the install which I was given a time of 1 and 1/2 days to complete.  It was rainy and miserable outside but the install went smoothly.  Joe is a perfectionist he worked the vents and flues until he was satisfied it was the best he could do.  Interesting he installed the original furnace in the house he purchased 4 years ago.  Now here is kicker who stays with a company over 26 years anymore?  This just led me to feel that this company and the family that ran it was top notch.  Joe was very professional and was patient with my questions on how to use the new controls for the thermostat.  The service this company gave was amazing!!!  The cost was a bit more than I wanted to spend but not outrageous when I priced heat pumps on the internet.  This unit will pay for itself twice over if I get another 26 years out of it. 
This company and employees were STELLAR!  I cannot be anymore please.

THE REPAIRMAN, RALPH, WAS AN EXTREMELY LIKEABLE FELLOW. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL, AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING HE DID. RALPH ALSO, WITHOUT BEING ASKED, FASHIONED NEW PANEL LATCHES FOR BOTH FURNACES. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE.
