it went well overall, the worker showed when expected, gutter was lowered and braces installed. gutters no longer overflow with heavy rains.

We asked for 2 gutter runs to be replaced. They came when scheduled, but I didn't monitor closely and while they did replace 2 runs, they got one of them wrong! We have a lot of gutters - but specifically requested the 2 worst runs be replaced. When I called to tell of their error, they were embarrased and promised to rectify. That they did - next day they were back and replaced the other run at no additional charge. Unfortunately a leaky corner I asked them to replace/fix still leaks, but they probably would have fixed that too if I had called. I am late in sending this review because of confusion over name - used a different name in contact with me and on quote/invoice.

THEY WRAPPED OUR EXTERIOR BEAMS IN COPPER. THEY DID A SUPERIOR JOB. VERR TIMELY AND PROFESSIONAL.

FOR AUTHENTIC COPPER GUTTERING THEY ARE THE BEST. THEY ARE EXPENSIVE BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR
