Home Inspection
Paul has been doing home inspections for my clients for over a year now. He has been by far the most reliable, thorough and professional inspector I have ever used. His reports are far superior to any other inspection report, with details of current, short-term, and long-term issues along with tips and advice about how to avoid future problems and plan for maintenance. Paul is always available after the inspection (via his mobile phone) for the clients to call and ask questions. Even 2 years after the inspection, he's willing to dig out a report and walk through it with a customer. He's fantastic, and I highly recommend him. Paul is also the 2006 President of the ASHI American Society of Home Inspectors St. Louis Chapter.
