I have used this company many times and they always do an excellent job. They do all types of plumbing from fixing a leaking drain to pipe installation. They have very flexible scheduling and excellent customer service.

The faucet bursted this year within the warranty period. I called him back since this was still under warranty. He did not honor the warranty and **forced** me to pay again.

"We appreciate the review [Member Name Removed]..... unfortunately the old spigot busted because the valve was left on in the winter. That's why you were charged for a new one. Remember to turn your valves to outside spigots off in the winter because they will freeze and break"

I thought my water heater was broken - it simply needed to be turned up.
Mr. Clark did not charge me. He was in and out of my home within just a few minutes. I will definitely use him in the future!!

We had a significant leak with two outdoor faucets. One was not
controlled even by turning the inside valve off. The other one had been
dripping for years and I had been told by another plumber that due to
the way it was built, that it couldn't be fixed. I called B.C. plumbing
based on their positive reviews. Anthony answered the phone, was able
to come out later the same day and fixed both faucets. I will
definitely call them again for future plumbing problems

They were good, they were very good. If I need plumbing services I would go to them. They were good. I have gone to them a few times. They are really good. They do everything. They are not really cheap. But they do very good work. They never had to come back for the work.

The hot and cold water control handle broke off and we could not turn off water for the tub or shower without turning off water for the whole house. Called and spoke to Peter he came out the following day. He was very polite and professional. He explained everything he was doing fixed the problem in about 30 minutes. I also had a leak in my other bathroom each time the toilet was flushed. He checked it out and determined that the toilet had a crack in it and we would need a new one. I purchased a new one and the following week two of Peters workers came out and installed the toilet they were very professional and knowledgeable. They even hauled the old toilet and the box that the new one came in. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that has a plumbing problem.

Honest, respectful. I would love to say more but honestly, those two words really say it all. I would absolutely use them again. I have had bad experiences with other plumbers, it was a pleasure to find a company that was honest.

This was a follow up visit to a job completed for me last year. They replaced one of the stems in my shower and since then I replaced the shower handles from universal handles (that never fit right) to fitted ones. The stem was too tight to turn with the new handle, so the company came out and fixed it for free.

I would definitely use this company again for any plumbing issues... and refer them to others as well. They were very knowledgeable, professional, and had reasonable pricing, that also included a new Moen faucet. I've waited to submit my comments and to-date, both sinks are still functioning well ... They are definitely not a fly-by-night company, but one that I'd call upon again.

They did a very good job. There was a problem with my faucet and water was running all over the place. He fixed it and we were very pleased. We also got a 15% discount for being older. I liked their promptness and neatness. They were very fast and very polite. They were very honest.

Called Saturday evening about the toilet overflowing and bathtub draining slow. Responded to my phone call immediately and set up appointment for first thing Sunday morning. Anthony and Roman were here promptly in the morning as promised.
Approached the problem and concluded that there was two separate issues. They dealt with each issue and within in 1 hour finished the job. Did not charge for weekend hours but, charged the regular rate. This was the second time in snaking the drain
in 2 months however, being a 90 year house with tree roots being eleminated as the problem it was suggested that a camera should be used to access the problem. This would isolate the problem and make the repair less costly.
I have rarely met many people in these days that are as respectful and polite as Anthony and Roman. I highly reccomend this
company and it is a pleasure doing business and glad that I found them.

Process went extremely well. Story: Two men arrived on time Home owners explained issues/concerns Plumbers assessed the bathroom issue, worked on the problem and it was resolved immediately with addition information to eliminate future problems Same with the kitchen sink Both issues were resolved to our extreme satisfaction Would definitely call this company in the future and recommend to friends We were dealing with two true professionals that obviously took great pride in their craft. We were very impressed by their polite manner, competency and integrity. We feel we have found a WINNER for future issues concerning PLUMBING.
