Great - they are quick to schedule work, efficient, prompt, clean, friendly and helpful. Once when work was covered by American Standard warranty, workman advised me to call American Standard to order parts myself, and showed me how to make simple repair myself. Highly recommend.

OVERALL, IT WAS FAIRLY SATISFACTORY. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME AND FINISHED IN A TIMELY MANNER. HOWEVER, SINCE THE HOUSE IS OLD, THE PLUMBING WAS OLD, AND THEY DID NOT FIX IT COMPLETELY UNTIL THEY HAD COME TWICE.

Dave arrived on Thursday at the appointed time. He was friendly and courteous. He tested the water heater and found the problem in a short period of time. Dave had many elements in his truck, but none were for this type of water heater. He returned with the part as scheduled and fixed the water heater. The overall repair time was short, but we had to wait several days for the part. In the future, I will ask if the company has parts for the type of appliance I need repaired when making the service call.
