Furniture - Custom Made
Sofa arrived and was just as I ordered but accent pillows were missing due to a mistake on the part of the salesperson. After 4 months of a total run-around and people passing the buck I have yet to receive the pillows and have now been told I the fabric I order is now no longer available. I have to go back and select another fabric. No follow-up calls were initiated by the company. I was always the person making the calls to check on the status of my order. Nothing but attitude - not attempt to apologize for their mistakes. I would not recommend making any furniture purchases from this company - very disappointing. Still do not have my pillows. I wrote to the corporate office but was told they could do nothing as each store is independently owned.
