I have been using the company for about 1 year. Their pricing is very reasonable. The staff is friendly and get to know you. They are also very efficient and they have a comfortable environment. They are very close to me and conveniently located. They do an excellent job and know what the are doing. I have never been dissatisfied with anything they have done for me.

The provide great service at a very competitive price. I just changed over to them after ten years with another dry cleaners that was very over priced--sent everything out to someone else and customers paid the margin.
Bandbox staff is laid back yet professional. I live down town and enjoy my interaction with them at their Locust Avenue store.

I needed to have my daughter's wedding dress pressed and freshened up following the alterations. I am from Chicago, and the wedding was in St Louis. Not knowing any cleaners in St. Louis, I called Band Box, and they said that I could bring it in that day. They had it ready 2 days later, as they promised. The dress looked great and they had it ready on time, as they promised. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

I I took an old, handmade baby blanket with cross stitching all over that had been stained in for cleaning. I pointed out the stain and was told that wouldn't be a problem. I was asked if I needed my blanket back quickly, and since I didn't I was able to pick it up about 4 days later. Band box Cleaners treated my beloved item with care and respect and gave me back the blanket I remembered rather than the blanket it had become.

The guys at the counter were really friendly and fast with collecting my clothes. They even made sure to give me my plastic hangers back and made sure I was going to get the right amount of starch on my shirts. They gave a time of when my clothes were back, and they were right on schedule. They are running like a well-oiled machine! They also have convenient hours so I can go by before work.
