"Dear Patient, We wanted to address your concerns, we had to go back pretty far to investigate the issues you mentioned in this review. I can not find any visits for you in 2012 but did for 2011 and 2013. Both visits were for different sides of your mouth. Since you use an oral appliance for grinding this fractured tooth could have happened after a visit to our office. We are proud to say we have all the latest technology. Our patient care is the utmost concern to us and we do everything we can to provide the best dental care. We are sorry you feel we missed something, that would be very unusual for our office. We have 2 full time dentist, Dr. Watanabe who is a highly respected and successful dentist in St. Louis for over 40 years and his partner Dr. William Haines who has been in practice with us for over 11 years. We do have Dr. Jan Olivier, a very highly qualified dentist, who works with us 3 days a week and has worked at Ballas Dental Care for approximately 13 years. We never perform work without giving our patients as much financial and insurance information as we can, so you know ahead of time what your out of pocket expenses will be. I am not sure what you mean in the last sentence of your review... we do not perform boutique services. We do treat our patients like family, we perform necessary dental work to help them have a healthy, clean and beautiful mouth. Please call our office if you need us to transfer your records."
The doctor, Robert Morris, was very honest and straight up with his explanations on the treatment. Also, because of the nature of my treatment, I was worried about the aftermath, but he did an awesome job and also explained what has to happen with the after care, very clearly.
I would definitely recommend Dr. Robert Morris again to any one who needs to extract their molars.
Hygienist was friendly and effective with manual cleaning, flouride treatment, x-rays. Professional.
Dr. Watanabe is older, professional, friendly, effective. Discussed the x-ray results, and sonic images for potential cracks & replacement fillings needed in the future (planning to replace a few amalgam (silver) fillings (35 yr old fillings) with composite fillings. Good consultation, no pressure. Overall, a good visit.

My battery in my car died as I was leaving for my appointment. They were so helpful when I called and even worked me in later due to a cancellation. Talk about service!
It's been awhile since I had a regular dentist; I plan on keeping these guys for a long time.

This gives us time to chart your dental conditions, take all necessary x-rays, clean, floss and polish your teeth and if needed go over your future treatment. Our dentist do come in to do their exam as part of your cleaning after the hygienist has completed their portion of the visit. I do see that it is noted in your chart that you discussed several dental/Health issues with the dentist and that we made you an hour return appointment to discuss your treatment and to give you time to discuss in detail all your questions.
