 + -1 moreBOB'S ESTIMATE WAS VERY REASONABLE COMPARED TO THE OTHER ESTIMATES. HIS CREW WAS ABLE TO START VERY SHORTLY AFTER WE AUTHORIZED THE WORK. BOB VERY PROMPTLY RETURNED TO CHANGE THE CAULK COLOR AROUND THE BASE OF THE HOUSE WHEN I MENTIONED THAT I WOULD LIKE A DIFFERENT COLOR. WE WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH THE RESULTS. WE DID NOT RECEIVE A WRITTEN PROPOSAL, BUT BOB WAS DOING OTHER WORK IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD SO WE COULD SEE THE QUALITY OF WORK.
Description of Work: MISC TUCKPOINTING AROUND THE HOUSE. BACK STAIRWELL TO BASEMENT 50% SOLID TUCKPOINTING. MISC CAULKING AROUND OUTSIDE WHERE CONCRETE MEETS HOUSE.
