This was not a paid job, but felt as though I had hired a professional. Julian responded to an ad I placed on Craigslist offering three bushes for free to anyone willing to come to our home and remove them without destroying the surrounding landscaping and/or yard. Julian both called the number listed and responded by email through Craigslist expressing interest. His communications were professional, detailed, and clear. He was available immediately to do the job. He arrived at our home exactly when he said he would, with all of his own tools. I helped with the excavation of the bushes to the extent that I was able (my choice), and he provided me with tips as to how to make the job easier. He successfully removed all three bushes without damaging the nearby plants or yard and cleaned up the area as requested (I took on some of this part of the work, again, my choice). He shared that he planned to use the bushes in his own landscaping at home - talk about freecycling! - which is an ideal outcome in my opinion so that the plants don't go to waste. Julian was professional, polite, and efficient. It was a very positive experience overall.
