I ordered the bed on Friday and they delivered and set it up on Monday. The price was good and the salesperson was very helpful. They also provide the home decorating service.

Our sales lady was very polite, responsive, and knowledgeable. She never pressured us at any time and made us feel quite comfortable. We bought a leather sofa and love seat. We bought it during a sale and had to have it held until my wife came out of the hospital (which they had no problem with and we were very grateful for). When they delivered it I told the movers that they would have to bring it through the dining room because the hall was too narrow. They surveyed the situation and decided (to my amazement) that they could take it through the narrow hall without damaging anything which they did with perfection. The whole experience was delightful.

BELINDA WINTER, PRODUCT SPECIALIST, WAS MOST HELPFUL DURING MY CONFUSION AS TO WHAT I WANTED. FIRST I WAS LOOKING AT END TABLES, THEN LAMPS, THEN CHAIRS AND THEN ACCESSORIES. I KEPT BOUNCING, BUT SHE HUNG IN THERE. I DID PLACE AN ORDER FOR END TABLES AND A COFFEE TABLE, BUT CANCELLED IT THE NEXT DAY. IF SHE WAS UPSET, I WAS NOT AWARE OF IT. THIS WALL MIRROR CAUGHT MY EYE AND I GOT IT. SMALL CHANGE COMPARED TO THE TABLES, BUT BELINDA WAS HAPPY, REGARDLESS.
