Asap Gutter Services

Being new to the area, I was referred to this company by my real estate agent. The person I spoke to was pleasant and helpful. He was prompt in coming to my home and said that he had cleaned and repaired the gutters as I had asked him to do. The house we had purchased had not had the gutters cleaned for some time and they were overflowing in areas. A week or so after he had serviced the gutters (and collected my check), they were overflowing again. Despite my repeated calls and messages, no return call on their part was ever made. I ended up hiring ACE St. Louis to come and fix the problem -- they were able to come the same day, charged less, and cleaned out ever downspout and gutter which had obviously not been done by ASAP. The only thing that this company did was clean out my wallet -- not my gutters!
