Around The Clock Pest Control was started in 2011 by Ronald Skaggs. After 12 years of experience in the field, Ronald saw a need for 24 hour emergency pest control that was still affordable to the customer. Though there were many other emergency pest control companies in the Saint Louis area, many were not available 24 hours, and those that were often had higher rates. In order to solve this problem, Ronald began Around The Clock Pest Control. Because we are a small business, our dedication is with our customers, not a large chain company, so you can be sure you are getting the highest quality service every time you call our Kirkwood pest control company.

"I am sorry about the unprofessional manor he showed up in. I will talk to him about that about being early he should of called you to make sure it was OK. Running a schedule sometimes you run early and late but they should always call when they are ahead of schedule or behind schedule. "I was stuck on the bridge traffic coming from Washington so it made it one lane. I called to let her now that I was running late she did not answer. When she called me back I told her she was my next stop but she had to leave so I came back at the end of the day for her. She was on the phone with Apple or somebody about her email. So I sprayed the entire inside of the home and the outside of the home. If I did not spray the outside how do I know about the lawnmower and four wheeler around back under the deck. When I was done I came inside to let her know but she was still on the phone so I told her husband if he or her have any questions to please call."
I purchased the "Big Deal" from Angie's List. The provider sprayed interior/exterior of home, but did not perform all services on the "Big Deal" which is why I gave him an overall rating of "C". The "Big Deal" included baiting of the attic for silverfish/roaches and spreading of granules around the perimeter of the home for ants. I asked about the attic and the provider said it was not needed because the spray around the baseboards should be enough. I didn't know about the granules not being spread until after he left. I also had to remind him about doing the Termite Inspection.
"I am sorry that Wade did not take care of the attic for you. I was not aware of him not taking care of this, if you would of called me I would of taken care of it immediately. I can come back out and dust the attic for you if you would like. On the termite inspection I would have to take responsibility for that I did not put it on the notes for him to do. That is not a usual process for him to do so that is why you had to ask him. I would like to finish the job for you so please call me so we can schedule this. 314-303-7240"

"(Removed Member Name) wife had to keep contacting her husband because she kept checking prices for mice then fleas. I kept giving her price breaks since I was going to be there for the retreat anyway. I told her what days and times I could do it. There was no verified appointment. After I got the bad review from YELP I called him on November 23rd. I called him at 8:30 in the morning no call back then at 3:00 and no call back. I even mentioned on him voicemail that I would come out as soon as he wanted me for the retreat then I would do a FREE Pest Control in February or March for him for his inconvenience and the confusion. Is is November 24th and have still not heard anything back from him. Hope to hear back from him soon to resolve this matter."
