ARMSTRONG CABINETS

We ordered top of the line Armstrong cabinets with cherry doors, all wood construction, soft-close, etc. The cabinets were delivered a little late, but early enough for installation.  When we opened the cabinets we noticed a few flaws, such as a cracks in cabinet doors and a hole in a cherry door that was filled with wood filler.  When the installer came to put in the cabinets he noticed more problems; a cabinet that rocked on the bottom, a lot of drawers out of normal alignment, and a couple of doors that looked like they had the wrong stain.  The installer noted that he could adjust some of the issues, but not all of them.  We contacted Armstrong and they local rep came out to look at the cabinets.  We agreed to keep the cabinets after Armstrong promised to replace anything we wanted replaced, bring out their cabinet guy to adjust everything that the installer couldn't and reimburse us 10% off the total purchase price.

Armstrong honored the first two items, but never reimbursed the 10%.  I tried repeatedly to contact the local Armstrong rep via email and phone, but he never returned our calls or email.  I will never buy another Armstrong product due to this experience.

Some problems ensued after installation, which were the result of improper panning in the ordering stage, and the level of concern of the salesman and repair of problems slow and poor.
