Table arrived with different finish. We tried to get another one but were told this was the only finish they had. We ended up exchanging it for a completely different and cheaper table, but in the meantime the cheaper table went up in price. Arhaus charged us $400 extra for the cheaper table. We protested. They refused to budge. When we continued to pursue this issue, Arhaus countered by demanding extensive documentation including such things as scanning and emailing information and pages from their past catalogues. We complied and jumped through all their hoops. In the end they would not refund the money. They had our payment in full. Short of legal action, there was nothing we could do. We wrote it off to experience. We will never do business there again.
If you must do business with them, I would recommend you make sure you have the exact merchandise you want before you pay for it. This unfortunately limits you to only the merchandise they have available for sale at the store itself. If you are unhappy with anything delivered from their warehouse, good luck.
