The person who came out was friendly. We haven?t seen any bugs since. I would use them again.

When they come in, they inspect the entire house to see if there has been any termite infestation and they have been doing the same for over 20 years. They were the ones who used to do the pest control job for the previous occupants of our house and we continued to use their services once we moved in. They do their job annually and there has never been any problem. Everything has worked fine so far. There were termites in this house before we moved in and they may have done the initial treatments for the previous owners. It?s been a good relationship and we are not interested in switching to any other company. It?s really hard to comment on their price, as I haven?t compared their prices to any other company and I don?t know as to what the other companies do. They also walk around the entire foundation of the house like inside as well as outside to check for termites and pests. The quality of their work is very good. Their responsiveness is very good too, as they send reminders out when it?s time for the next inspection and you don?t have to chase them down. I feel it?s good to get an annual inspection done because if there is any problem then they take care of it with minimal cost. They were punctual this time, as they came on time. My wife used to be there for the other inspections and I am pretty sure that they might have done a good job of showing up on time. They are professional too.

Because of the holidays and their workload, the earliest appointment date was 1 1/2 weeks after the first telephone call. The service person arrived on time and completed all work in a 1/2 hour. We had captured some samples of the insect. He took the time to explain the type of insect and how it may of gotten into the house. He also advised that 1 treatment may not be enough for this type of insect due to their reproductive abilities and a further treatment may be needed in the spring. A very responsive and professional company.

WE HIRED THEM LAST SPRING AND THE ANTS DIDN'T RETURN UNTIL THIS SPRING. HIRED THEM AGAIN THIS YEAR AND THEY ARRIVED ON TIME, VERY COURTEOUS, USED THE MOST GENTLE CHEMICALS POSSIBLE, AND ALL ANTS ARE GONE AGAIN. WE PLAN TO HIRE THEM AGAIN NEXT YEAR.

I FOUND WOOD FROM UNDER MY PATIO DOOR WAS VERY POROUS AND IN BAD SHAPE. I SUSPECTED TERMITES AND CALLED THE EXTERMINATOR. HE ARRIVED PROMPTLY, WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND WAS HONEST ENOUGH TO TELL ME THAT THE PROBLEM WAS WATER DAMAGE, NOT PESTS. I APPRECIATE THIS, AND IT'S ALLOWED ME TO BEGIN CORRECTING THE REAL ISSUE. HE ALSO DIDN'T CHARGE A SERVICE FEE.

SERVICE PROVIDER HAS EXCELLENT KNOWLEDGE AND MATCHES THE TREATMENT TO THE SITUATION. HE USES ONLY THE RIGHT PESTICIDE. WHEN HE LEAVES, THE HOUSE USUALLY DOES NOT HAVE THAT HEAVY ODOR OF PESTICIDE. WE'VE USED FOR 14 YEARS.

THEY HAVE GONE TO THEM FOR 20 YEARS. THEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY USE THE LEAST TOXIC MATERIALS.
