I sent them an e-mail about the work we needed done.  They responded with a time they could come out to take a look.  They then provided me with a bid to have the service done.  After I received other bids I called them back to confirm and set up a time to start.  They came right on time, completed the job just as they said they would, and cleaned up after themselves.
