They did a pretty good job. My pool needed some things later on. Their inspection wasn't thorough enough.

No complaints.

Worker was very knowledgeable and responsive. Good phone support. They volunteered to mark off fees that were a result of miscommunication.

A little slow on response some times, but as I said above, I can't argue with their capability as the problem was over the head of my prior pool company.

The owner is really engaged in ensuring the work is done correctly.

Very happy with these guys. They have done a great job this summer.

It didn't go well. I found a guy who seemed good, he came out and they did an opening on the pool with my own chemicals and weeks later I looked outside and there was a guy messing with my pool. He was installing a new pump and everything. They send me a bill for $350 for them putting in new chlorine. So I asked them how could they just come out and begin work without calling me. I didn't understand their business and I didn't understand his attitude. We had a moment where both of us were mad but I called him and apologized.

The office staff were very responsive, calling me back either the same day or first thing the next day.
They worked with me and my insurance to help the installation of my pool pump go smoothly.
They taught me how to manage my pool and delivered all the equipment I asked for.
The technicians are very positive and helpful.
They are reasonably priced.

HORRIBLE...SEE ABOVE! THIS WAS THE WORSE SERVICE EVER...
WHY DO PEOPLE WHO HAVE POOL COMPANIES, ALWAYS COMPLAIN THAT THEY ARE TOO BUSY..
AREN'T THEY SUPPOSED TO BE!  IT'S FREAKING SUMMER! DON'T TAKE ON CLIENTS IF YOU CAN'T TAKE CARE OF THEM!!!!
HE TOLD ME EVERYONE THAT CAME TO MY POOL WILL KNOW WHATS GOING ON...THE GUY TONIGHT SAID
"LADY, I JUST GOT TOLD TO COME HERE AND I DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT YOUR POOL"

Another technician from this company came out at 7:30 one evening to finish what the original guys did not complete.  They were supposed to do a pressure test of my lines, the guy stuck a hose in the line and told me my pipes were cracked.  They did not do everything on the original order.  I had to hire another contractor to come out to finish reopening the pool.  He told me that the brown spots in my pool should have came up during the acid wash, but they would have just needed to taken the time to scrub it.  They also had to install the jets in the water which is difficult to do.  He also told me that I do not need to have my lines pressure tested and they were not cracked. 

Update 7/9/14: Aqua Leisure says they have my pool cover at a canvas company, the company listed on the bill was contacted and has never received my pool cover from Aqua Leisure. The canvas company called Aqua Leisure, who said they are not returning the pool cover because we are in dispute. Plus, I have spent over $1500 trying to repair the damage they did while trying to acid wash my pool.

THIS CO HAS BEEN PAID BECAUSE NO ONE WILL PROTECT ME. NOT MY CARD CO, NOT ANGIES LIST. AND THEY STILL REFUSES TO RETURN MY 2500 DOLLAR POOL COVER. SO, I HAD TO PURCHASE A 3800 POOL COVER TO CLOSE MY POOL...THEY STOLE FROM ME, AND ITS NOT CONSIDERED THEFT BECAUSE I HANDED THEM THE COVER.
I LOVE THE WAY, SOME HORRIBLE COMPANY CAN COME IN DO A HORRIBLE JOB, I HAVE TO PAY THOUSANDS TO REPAIR THE DAMAGE THEY DID, AND THEY TAKE MY POOL COVER AND ANGIES LIST DOES NOTHING,. THEY KEEP THEM AS AN A COMPANY DEPSIT THEY FACT THEY THEY HAVE MY PROPERTY...I THINK THAT MAKES IT A FEDERAL OFFENSE...BUT THEY AR STILL A TOP NOTCH COMPANY TO A COMPNAY THAT WAS CREATED TO PROETECT US..
I WANT MY COVER BACK!

They have done it perfectly, several times. And, they found and fixed several problems (such as skimmer leaks) that TWO prior pool companies totally missed, and gave me better guidance on cleaning my DE filter than anyone else had ever done. I recommend them highly.

Steve and his team are professional and prompt.   We look forward to using them for years to come.

Just purchased home with pool, and previous owner left with no instructions as to what needed to be done as far as closing for the season and general maintenance.  After checking Angie's list and reading the reviews decided to call Aqua Leisure and I am very happy I did.  Steve explained everything and checked the pool for leaks.  This company is amazing, and in the spring I will be attending his pool school.  He is a very nice and fair man.  A pleasure to do business with now and in the future.

Aqua Leisure Pool Service is a top notch pool service company, but is also much more.
It is generally a family run company, therefore you will receive personal attention to your phone calls and e-mails.
Steve is a wealth of knowledge and willing to spend the time to educate and ensure customer satisfaction.
The various pool service technicians always arrive on the date requested, though the time will varying depending on
the workload on any given day.  That is to be expected as this is the busy time of the year and they work long hours
into the dark (>8:30 PM).
Highly recommend Aqua Leisure as a reputable, honest, knowledgeable and customer first company.

Great! pool was perfect

A team of workers showed up at the end of the day - around 6:00 p.m.  They went to work immdiately and they were done in about an hour.  They worked fast, hard, and well. 
In years past we have used other services and has has taken much longer to get the job done.  To our astonishment they were also able to fix an issue we had with the lighting system in a couple of minutes by adjusting some switches.  We have been waiting for the original installer to take care of the problem for 2 years now and we had been told it would take an electrician and over $1,000 to fix the problem.  We were dully impressed, and grateful for their service.

After contacting Maria, she set me up to meet with her husband Steve for a consult.  Steve showed great professionalism and has been working on my pool ever since.  Since my swim spa is just a mini swimming pool, Steve showed no hesitation in recommending options and following through on service.  He was even able to recommend a great electrician to work on a related electrical problem.
I have dealt with most major pool repair outfits in the area and none of them showed any interest in doing actual work but I am beyond pleased with Aqua Leisure. 
I highly recommend them!
