They did a good job and I was satisfied. They were reasonably priced too.

Called the store on the weekend after they had closed to inquire about the part. They called me back on Monday morning and had the part in stock. When I picked up the part they discussed the installation with me by reviewing the specific part details in the microfiche. They also shared the secrets to getting the part intalled in and out of the washer. The part would be purchased on the internet for about $27, but their advice and instruction was worth much more than the $10 savings. Replacement of the part saved me a $70 dollar service call and probably a $110 dollar appliance bill so I consider it a good tradeoff for an old washer.

My wife researched a potential washing machine repair issue and located some information on the internet that suggested there might be a simple fix to the problem. Based on this research she called various appliance parts stores including the Appliance Parts Store. Rick discussed the potential issue and described a potential easy solution (replacement of the "dog ears" in the agitator). He also suggested I bring in the agitator so he could inspect the agitator and bearing. Rick gave us a quote on the agitator and bearing. He installed the "dog ears", inspected the splines of the agitator and bearing and provided some additional guidance for inspection and installation. A $12 solution to a potential $100 appliance repair service call.

I called and described the problem with our microwave continually blowing its fuse. The service person, who might have been the owner, said he could repair our microwave for less than $100. We had to bring in the microwave, and he gave us a free estimate. The repair was completed within a day or two and within a couple hours of giving us the estimate. It was much less expensive than replacing the microwave. We are very pleased! We dealt with the same service person throughout and he was professional and prompt. We would go here again for small appliance repair. We found him on Angie's List!

RICK LEDWON, THE OWNER, WAS ABLE TO CHECK MY BUILT-IN DOUBLE OVEN AND OFFER THE POSSIBILITY OF REPAIR. HE FOLLOWED THROUGH, WAS ABLE TO GET THE COMPUTER CONTROL FROM THE TOP OVEN REPAIRED, AND FOR LESS THAN A FRACTION OF WHAT IT WOULD HAVE COST ME TO HAVE ONE OVEN REPAIRED, I NOW HAVE TWO WORKING OVENS.
