Work was well done, but the price was outrageous and the owner would not provide me with an itemized account of billing (i.e. hrs of labor, cost of supplies, etc.) even when I requested it.

They did the work with no hustle or hassle. They did the work quietly and I would use them again. The service was worth the cost, I thought it was very reasonable to install a faucet.
