Considering my Husband and I have been residents for over 2 years, never been late for a payment and never missed a payment and are out more than $2000 worth of goods, cash, missed work and a wedding ring, i would hope Apartment Exchange would want to right their wrong. Otherwise, social media all over St. Louis will hear about this place to try to prevent this from happening to anyone else who is a hard working person. So far though it looks as we will be ignored and treated like we were the criminals. I urge customers to avoid this company. It may seem like a good deal, or the perfect apartment, but save yourself the future headache. This was the main issue we had with Apartment Exchange but there were COUNTLESS other smaller conflicts that i couldn't believe were happening in a business. Just look elsewhere.
