ANNIE'S CLEANING

She came on time and was polite. She was very quick. It was easy to get her here, but she did not do a good job. She left dirt on the floor under one of the fur rugs. I was not happy with her service. I would not use her again.

Annie and her team cleaned for me on about 3 occasions. She was very personable and sweet, and while they did a good job overall, her team kept missing some little details. For instance I had to ask to have the baseboards and chair rails done and only a few days after their visit I wiped something I spilled on the bathroom floor and the cloth was filthy - meaning they had perhaps mopped it, but had not gotten down on their hands and knees and scrubbed around the toilet - which is always necessary. While Annie was good about correcting these issues, I decided I couldn't have her team back because Annie and at least one other member were smokers. Since I am allergic to cigarette smoke and highly sensitive to the smell, I would come home to a visually clean house that smelled faintly like cigarette smoke. I was sorry to not give Annie more business as I know she could use it, but I had to move on for this reason.

They're very professional, on time, and keep track of the things I like and don't like. In an hour and a half, 3 women are able to completely clean my house. I feel very comfortable with them in my home, they do such a fantastic job!

They arrived exactly on time and got right to work with very little direction. It took them about 1 1/2 hours, and I feel that they did a thorough job. Annie even asked for a small ladder to reach some high spots. They were pleasant and very willing to work with me on little things that I wanted done.

Annie and her assistant did a good job of cleaning. Our home is approximately 5,000 sq. ft., with hardwood, tile and marble floors. We asked for a good "top clean"; we'll have Annie do an intense deep cleaning later. Everything was nicely cleaned, instructions were followed and the house was as neat as a pin when the duo left. We'll be using Annie on a regular basis going forward. Recommended.

Annie is great. She will do anything extra if I ask her to and I have not had any problems with her work. I have had bad experiences with other housekeepers in the past. She is reliable and I trust her to always do a good job.
