I was recommended by a friend who used Andrew's Custom Gutters for her house and her in-laws house. The office manager Victoria promptly returned my call and she seemed very knowledgeable when I told her of our problems. She actually came over later that afternoon and gave us a estimate right away. There was a big storm coming by the end of the week and Victoria said they would try really hard to get the job done (at least the cleaning before the storm). Andrew and his crew showed up the day after we approved the estimate he was very friendly and professional. The best part was that they finished all the work including the new gutters on the garage before the storm broke!!!!! Everything looked great and we were super happy! My husband thought we should have got a few more estimates but in the end we were super please with the price for our budget. My neighbor across the street ended up paying a bit more and didn't have as good of a job done by another company and were not pleased at all. They ended up calling Andrew to come fix their bad work!!!!!!!!! Defiantly will recommend them to anyone looking for gutter cleaning and repair!

They were on time, which was surprising, seeing as most businesses I've dealt with in the past were always late in someway. The gutters look GREAT! I have no complaints!

Andrew came exactly when scheduled to inspect the gutter and give me a quote to replace it. He saw that the gutter was hanging and in danger of falling, so he agreed to come out the next day. He ended up coming out one day later due to a delay on another job. On the day he came he found that the gutter didn't need to be replaced, but he did have to replace the flashing. He gave me a credit for reusing the gutter, which paid for replacing the flashing. The total cost was more than the original quote, but it included extra materials and labor so I was satisfied. The work was done quickly and the gutter is now installed at the correct angle so it drains better. I was very pleased with Andrew's work and promptness. I would not hesitate to use him again, and I highly recommend him for any work involving gutters.

Needed gutter covers replaced that had been damaged by hail. Met with Andrew in December and we came to an agreement on the project. Andrew said that there would likely me a day in January when the weather would be conducive to the installation process. True to his word, received a call this morning from Andrew informing me that Robert would be out to install the covers, Robert and a co-worker spent two hours: leveling the gutters, installing the shield and caulking all seams. Robert explained what they accomplished and sounded very knowledgeable. He also provided some tips on using ladders when getting up on a roof!
All in all a very pleasant and professional experience. I would highly recommend Andrew's Custom Gutters

Andrew did not complete the work as agreed to.
He was called multiple times and had excuses for not showing up after we agreed to the repairs.
The work was to be completed within 2-3 weeks. Work was never completed.
Andrew demanded and was paid up front 400.00 cash. 6 weeks later he delivered pieces of guttering
laid it in the driveway and never returned. Called after 6 weeks and told me he forgot and was going to Vegas on vacation. Two weeks after he returned from vacation, and after calling him the seventh time I told him if he could not finish the job I wanted a refund. He denied the refund saying the material he left on the driveway, would eat up the 400.00 he was paid. A very dishonest and deceitful individual.
This company should not be on your service period.

Our original phone bid for 23 feet of gutter and two stories of downspout was $250.00. Our second conversation before starting the job I was told it would be more like $420.00 to $450.00. I thought that was still reasonable. After starting the job Andrew recommended gutters in the front of our house on the second story to protect our shingles increasing our price to $800.00, which I agreed to. The three gutters abutted the angles of the roof so they were open ended on one end discharging a large volume of water directly onto the asphalt shingles.We have a tree in front of our house so they would be constantly full of leaves with no downspouts and up on the second story and hard to get to. ?A wet mass of leaves would probably be laying against the asphalt shingles holding moisture a lot of the time. plus two of the gutters looked bad being perpendicular to the street and ?looking too wide. ?I feel this was the wrong application for open ended gutters with a large volume of water from the roof. So I had Andrew take them back down. I negotiated $50.00 off, but the job still cost $750.00. The gutter and oversized downspout in rear of home seems to be fine. I should have stuck to original job at $420.00 or $450.00.

The job went well, they went out measured, emailed me a copy of the bid, I accepted, they required a little down and they started a few days later, job went well, nothing else to say, they were in and out JOB WELL DONE!!!

"Thankyou for the kind words that your home was done and looks fantastic considering that we installed a radius gutter system and in this trade that is the hardest gutter to make i'm very glad your satisfied with your gutter system. It is true I get stuck on a job longer than planned and my schedule cannot be predicted. sometimes home owners want addiitional work and I cannot leave until completed, as exactly what happened on your house when you wanted the rest of your gutters done which in turn delayed me on someone elses job. even when we were leaving and the truck was packed up you wanted even more work done. In this world vehicles do break down which is what happened on your job and I cannot be held responseable if a supply house has run out of a color that you were so impressed on how well it matched your home. It has been a year and im glad your gutters are running perfectly ! thanks for the review"

s Our first experience was cleaning of gutters and they were very reasonably priced. The second time was to adjust angle of gutters and put down new and additional down drains.

They came out and they started at about 830 and worked all day, turned out to be a real nice job, got all cleaned up and worked a long day till about 730
