These guys got back to me quick. Showed up for an in person review of the situation. Presented a clear plan to fix the problem. The person sent to do the work seemed professional. A minor tweak was needed after the next big rain and they got that done right away with no problems.

I have a very old house with an unusual gutter setup. Two other companies came out for estimates but never got back to me, I am assuming because they didn’t want to mess with it. Andrew quoted a fair price based on the difficulty of the work and was also able to repair some minor siding problems. The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time considering weather delays and cold temperatures.

First time they came out, there was a gap between the fascia boards and the boards were not parallel to the roof line. The second time they came out, they did a good job of closing the gap, but still the boards were not parallel to the roof line. They attributed my problem to the roof line which they said was not straight and promised to meet me to discuss. I have been waiting three weeks for them to discuss.

Andrew's Custom Gutters was the only firm that had the gutter guards and crew that could install them on our home. They came out promptly and gave me fair bid. The work crew came out the following week and was done in three days. They were very polite, did a top notch job, and left the job site clean when they were done. We had a little problem with a downspout but they came out and fixed it and we are very satisfied.

Andrews Gutters provided us with a quote, accurate timing of installation, and warrantees that were competitive. The job was done well, clean up was done. There was a rain delay of a few days but they communicated well. The worker was very cordial and worked very hard! He even fought off angry squirrels to complete the job.

Excellent. After the initial consultation and quote I had some specific questions and Andrew came back (a second time) so we could go over the details and get everything worked out and we did (with no price increase). Had bids from other folks and they suggested the same work, but Andrew's price was the lowest (although not "cheap", it was very reasonable based on the other quotes) and he seemed very knowledgeable so we decided to go with him. The work was scheduled in a timely fashion (~2 weeks from quote), workmen showed up on time (his dedicated crew, not an arbitrary sub-contractor), were professional and very courteous and knocked it out in 2 days (I have a fairly large 2 story house). They also brought some roof deficiencies to my attention. Very satisfied and would definitely recommend him and use him again.

The work preformed was very professional and finished on schedule. Their staff was very friendly, informative and responsive to all our inquires in a timely manner. They cleaned our gutters and installed Gutter Guards in addition to installing a custom solution to correct an unsightly gutter down spout. The installer was friendly, neat and answered any questions I had doing the installation. I recommend Andrew Custom Gutters and would use them in the future.

Andrew failed to do the following- 1) properly pitch all gutters. 2) properly mount all gutters with brackets every two feet. 3) in addition was hired to paint gutter boards prior to hanging new gutters, which was not completed. 4) he did not secure downspouts with screws as most of them were just pushed together. 5) he failed to comprehend how to install guttering over man door at back of home and connect it to the rear of garage. 6) he made two return trips and claimed that he was not returning to complete the work as additional trips would cost him money. The entire job on this story and a half house was re- completed with all new brackets, proper spacing of brackets, proper pitch of gutters, all downspouts secured with screws, and the need for three additional downspouts. After posting my review on Angie's List, Andrew unannounced showed up at my residence on this day of October 7, 2017 and proceeded to bully me to change my review and argued that that he did good work and that whomever company corrected his work did a terrible job. He asked me to change my review and once I indicated that I would not, then he referred to me as a "*****" and a "**********" and claimed that he had already hired an attorney and planned to sue me. I wished him the best of luck and assured him that I would gladly see him in court and I informed him that he was not welcomed on my property. On this day Andrew demonstrated an unprofessional and threatening behavior. I would caution anyone before agreeing to do business with Andrew.

This job was completed 4 years ago and is still under warranty!Mr [Member Name Removed] states I said I did all I could and would not return but the following year he called me to do his mother house! I went to Mr [Member Name Removed] house today to talk to him and see what was going on,when I arrived just as I expected he had gutter screens put on and incorrectly I might ad I have pictures to show.i knew someone had told him a lot of untruths as a gutter system does not start to have problems 4 years later unless you do not clean your gutters and the you will most definitely have problems! He has a ton of trees on his property..this company that he hired installed home depot downspout obviously not a real company any reputable company would not install a home depot downspout due to how thin they are he stated 3 downspout were added ,two were added it was unnecessary..mr [Member Name Removed] painted his own facia boards and we installed them so he is not happy with his own painting.i remember him so well due to the fact he would read things on the internet and say this is how he wants it done and we obliged him..we install brackets every two feet mechanically! Mr [Member Name Removed] was given bad information! For the downspout we use less screws thus allowing leaves to flow threw..four years his gutters ran fine and he asked me to do his mother house it's either how he states I am not a real gutter company or he hates his mother!! I am a 2nd generation gutter installer I have worked with my father since the age of 11 when installed my first gutter and have done this my entire life I am 42 years old and take great pride in my work my reputation..i am not always perfect but this review is a Blaten lie."

Overall the job went well, there was a slight miscommunication with the time that the job was to be completed but Andrew was very accommodating and made it right. The job was professionally done and we would call Andrew back if needed.

Andrew was punctual and called to keep me up to date. He was able to get the work done earlier than he thought which was great for me. He gave me a good price and I felt I could trust him which was true. The gutters look great on the front of my home and completely match what was there on other roof levels. I would definitely hire him again.

Andrew came out to give me a quote and pointed out to me the real issues I was having that I wasn't aware of. He didn't try to push the most expensive products and recommended different less expensive options that made more sense for my project. His crew got started sooner than expected and did a great job. They were professional and answered any questions I had. Would hire again.

Paid $500+ March 31, told work would be scheduled in couple of weeks. No response from contractor to get on schedule. I contacted beginning of June with numerous calls, only to be given excuses. Work finally completed end of June.

I really can't say enough positive statements about Andrew and his crew. He was professional, honest, collaborative and his skill was just outstanding. My job was not an easy one and the problem actually grew once they were able to look underneath the rotting soffit. Andrew was great at communicating and showing me what needed to be done and he was diligent about getting the job done correctly even though it morphed into a much bigger job. I am very appreciative of job he did and I would most definitely hire him again. I recommend his company without reservation.

Andrew was fantastic to work with. He was prompt, honest, and timely. His team was great. They were professional and worked in a clean matter. They were skilled and took their time with everything. It was definitely not a rushed job. It was not until they got up on the roof that they noticed we didn't have flashing. Whoever did the gutters last time did a botched job and we are lucky we didn't have wood rot. Andrew and his team were able to fix everything and address unexpected issues without a sweat. I would highly recommend them for all your gutter needs. I would trust no one else moving forward and my husband and I are very pleased with the outcome of everything!

Andrew's guys came out quickly (the day BEFORE great rains started) and cleaned out everything. They cleaned up everything and did the best, most thorough gutter cleaning we've ever experienced from a variety of companies since we've owned the house. These guys are GREAT! Came out to clean gutters and 3 months later still having gutter issues. Called Andrew set up an appointment with me and never showed up. His staff called a few hours later to explain that he would not be able to make it and to reschedule. When attempting to have him come out the second time that he rescheduled he refused to give me an estimate if I could not pay him for same day repairs when I hadn't even decided that I wanted him to do the work in the first place.

I called Andrew, the owner of the business, and he came out promptly to look at what I needed to have done and he gave me a very reasonable bid for both the installation of the Master Shield system and the removal of the original system. The removal needed to be completed before another roofing company (selected by me before I know of Andrew) could replace my hail damaged shingle roof, and Andrew coordinated perfectly with the other company both in doing the removal of the original system and in installing the new Master Shield system after the roofers had left the job. If fact, Andrew had his crew start on their installation work before the roofers had finished by working in areas that the roofers had finished. Summery of "How did it go?" - - - Perfectly. Andrew and his crew did a tremendous job.. I don't think it could gone any better.

Found Andrew' Custom Gutters here on Angie's List. I reached to them based off of others reviews. We had an issue where the existing gutter was not working properly and causing work to be directed into the house and causing water damage. He responded to my message in less than 30 minutes after sending and was out the next morning to inspect and give me an estimate. After agreeing to the proposal that afternoon he had a group of guys out first thing the next morning and we're done by lunch (small job on an old row home). I was extremely please with the quality and craftsmanship of the job and the professionalism of the guys performing the work. Will definitely use them again if we decide we need more gutters.
