I was initially impressed. Their rep who comes out is very nice, very professional. I was also impressed that they fit me in quickly. However, their job didn't fit my expectations or the contract. Their website claims that they clean up very well, do an excellent job. I never saw the foreman or a manager, had to call during the job b/c of language barriers w/ the crew about debris coming inside my house during installation. Crew left their trash. Nails in my driveway, INSIDE my garage. I had to go outside during installation and remind them that the contract said they would protect landscaping, lost some flowers in pots, some bushes were damaged b/c they forgot to cover landscaping. I was picking up pieces of old shingles for months. Here it is now, 4-5 months later and it's raining inside my house along a wall of an addition. I called b/c the website says 24/7, responds to emergencies. What happened? Owner was rude and obnoxious, said it couldn't have been anything they'd done or I would have noticed. As though I'm home every single time it rains. After he hung up, I inspected. Water stains on that brick wall, water stains on the back of things that hung it obviously was NOT the first time. And, no, I didn't expect anyone to come in the dark, never would, I made it clear that I wanted someone to come in the morning. He complained, said I should feel fortunate that he called b/c it was so late. At 7:30. Again, the website says 24/7. When he showed up, he said this "happens sometimes" when two roof lines adjoin. (Then they should have done things correctly the first time.) I asked to be home when they did the additional work, gave a schedule. It was done when I wasn't home. I sincerely hope my roof doesn't leak this spring, when (if it does) he will prob again tell me w/out seeing it that "something must have happened to it." Maybe he should either pay attention to what his own website says or assign someone else to return calls. Stand behind his work, again as his website claims. Have a foreman onsite during the entire process. In other words, it did not go well, and that's an understatement.

I was very impressed with this company and how smoothly everything went. We had hail damage, and Russ came out to view the damage and give us a bid. Everything happened in a timely manner. Russ was very nice and followed up with all my questions. Sarah was so very nice to deal with through the entire process! She was very good about keeping me up to date through emails, checking on us to make sure we didn't have any emergency leaks, and was in contact with us every step. She was also very good at helping us pick out the color of our shingles. I was very uncertain, and she brought several samples out to the house, took time to help me compare them and helping me to pick out the best match. She was wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend this company and we will use them in the future. Everyone was very professional, and easy to work with and the end product looks great!

Since they had put a new roof on in 2011, they came immediately and quoted a reasonable price for repair of the chimney area which was the cause of the roof leaking.

"Thanks for the great review. Thank you for being understanding. We replaced the roof in 2011 and I believe the leak was coming through a crack in the crown of the chimney. We had to remove the metal cover, seal the crack, and waterproof the chimney. That must have taken care of it since I haven't gotten a call after all these rains. Our extreme weather here in St. Louis keeps us on our toes!"

Andres Roofing was great. Sarah answered an web request fast and Russ was able to get a quote within a few days. The job was able to be scheduled within 2 weeks due to some fortuitous timing. Ironic thing is another company that I asked for a bid got back to me after this job was already complete. I am extremely busy during the day and they accommodated our communicating through email and text, which I truly appreciate. Thanks again and highly recommend.

Andres Roofing did a fantastic job on our beautiful new roof. Sarah was extremely helpful in the design and decision making. She brought over several samples and provided me with local homes Andres Roofing had recently done with a similar style to my house. Being able to see homes with shingles I liked was super helpful. John came over and nailed up samples so we could narrow our decision. We went with a very nice architectural shingle that has high wind and hail resistance. The crew was so tidy and fast. My neighbors complimented us on their professionalism. They streamlined every detail to make our roof absolutely perfect. It's a good feeling to have an awesome roof over our heads and I can't stop admiring it from afar when I come and go from home. Call Andres roofing today! You will NOT regret it!

The crew arrived early, worked diligently, and cleaned up the yard before leaving. The owner came to our house later the same day to make sure the work was done correctly. The roof looks great, and we were very happy with the whole process.

I purchased a "Roof Tune-Up" package on Sunday morning from Angie's List website. I left a message on Monday, Memorial's Day and while I knew they were closed for the holiday I did this for my sake because I will forget. I was shocked to receive a call on Tuesday morning from John. He was very professional and addressed the matter very promptly. He checked his schedule and upon completion of other projects he was able to come the same day of his initial call. He was very thorough in his inspection of the roof, internal inspection and he successfully identified the problem. He resealed and reinforced the affected area of the roof were water was entering the home. He also fastened our gutters and cleaned out and around the downspout of the front and back gutters. He provided before and after pictures which showed a very noticeable improvement. He gave recommendations that seemed reasonable and appropriate for the condition of the gutters and roof. I am extremely pleased! He did a great job and I will seek out Andres roofing for any additional matters regarding our roofing or gutter needs.

This was a unique skylight replacement since we were able to build the new skylight curbs around the existing wooden curbs so that there was no change or work needed on inside. While it took a while to get started (due to backlog and weather) once started it was done in 1 ½ days—very fast. It was a new roof plus gutters and gutter guards. Clean up was fantastic.

Russell came out very quickly to give me a bid. He answered all my questions, and left me a color sample. Once I decided to hire Andres Roofing, I talked with Sarah, who was also very helpful, and brought larger samples for color selection. We selected two days for the job, Sarah watched weather reports, and kept in contact with me. Rob, Carlos, and Lalo came to install the new roof, and were happy to answer any questions I had. They covered landscaping and were careful to not damage anything. They completed the roof in two days, and did an excellent job cleaning up. Everything went well, and I was very pleased with the work. I would definitely recommend this company for roofing.

I'm very impressed with Andres Roofing! I received bids from four companies. All the bids were very close in price. I was most impressed and comfortable with Andres from the start. Sarah and Russell responded quickly to provide a bid and kept in touch throughout the process. Sarah (office manager?--not sure of her title) was extremely nice to work with and very helpful. Everything was well explained throughout. The team that removed both layers of old shingles and put on the new material and shingles did great work and were very professional. And they did a great job cleaning up! We have a large roof so it was a two-day job. We had ridge vents installed, as well. Another team put the gutters on the following week. We added the metal screens on the gutters. They did a great job, were efficient, and did a very good job cleaning up the area when they completed the work. Russell and John were also very easy to work with, professional, and made us feel very comfortable with all aspects of the job. I have no reservations about highly recommending Andres. I was very impressed.

He was pleasant. His honesty stood out to me. Someone else had told me they thought I needed a new roof and he said no I didn't. They came very promptly. They came the very next day.
